1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments exclusively via PayPal. By choosing PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal balance, credit card, debit card, or bank account linked to your PayPal account. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal.
We do not accept other payment methods at this time (e.g., direct credit card entry, Apple Pay, or Google Pay outside of PayPal).
2. Payment Process
- Checkout: After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure environment to log in or pay as a guest.
- Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization. You will receive an order confirmation email from us and a receipt from PayPal.
- Funds Capture: Payment is captured at the time of order placement.
3. Pricing and Fees
- Product Price: All product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Taxes: Applicable sales taxes (e.g., state and local taxes for Connecticut or other states) will be added at checkout based on the shipping address.
- Shipping Costs: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders – no extra shipping fees. You will see this reflected in your order total.
- No Optional/Hidden Fees: There are no optional fees, handling charges, or surprise costs. All charges are clearly presented during checkout.
4. Payment Cancellation and Refunds
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method – the same PayPal account or card used for purchase (this is known as “original method reversal”).
Non-Refundable Payment Fees: In the event of an order cancellation, any fees charged by PayPal or the payment processor (typically the transaction fee) are non-refundable. We clearly state that these third-party fees are retained by the payment provider and cannot be returned to the customer. For example, if you cancel an order after payment, the product cost may be refunded, but any payment gateway fees incurred are not refundable by us.
